- Someone with JLPT Level 1 Japanese language ability or higher
(MUST be able to adequately communicate in the workplace and understand work responsibilities in Japanese)
- This position is needed to be the one who lives in Japan at the moment. Unfortunately we cannot accept overseas applicants for this position.
☆仕事内容：
自社製品のヘルプデスクとサービス説明業務
運送業者向けに販売・レンタルしているGPSサービスについてのサービス説明、問い合わせ対応です。
直販はせず、代理店が実際の営業をしていきます。
お願いしたいことは以下です。
Service explanation and inquiry support for Track GPS services sold and rented to carriers.
Instead of direct sales, the agency will do the actual sales.
job description as below;
１、WEBから問い合わせのあったエンドユーザーに商品の説明
２、来客のある時は、社内で商品・サービス説明
３、展示会開催する時は、展示会での説明
４、展示会の後、名刺入手した客先のフォロー（電話や手紙）
※アポイントが取れれば代理店が出向きます。
５、バックヤードを担当している社員のお手伝い
６、新サービスを開発する場合は、会議に参加
1. Product description to end-users contacted from the website
2. Explain products and services to visitor
3. Explain at the exhibition
4. Following the exhibition, telephone and letter
※ If you can make an appointment, an agency will be available.
5. Help the employee in charge of the backyard
6. Participate in conferences when developing new services
時間：9：00～18：00（昼休みH/実働8時間）
※残業ありません
メンバー：9名中7人外国人
Time: From 9:00 to 18:00 (Lunch break H / 8 hours of actual work)
