FREE JOB LISTING ADS will circulate below the paid ads.
PAID JOB LISTING ADS will circulate at the top of the page.
PREMIUM PAID JOB LISTING ADS will be fixed in the first three positions on the page.
For both free ads and paid ads, please include your company or business name, telephone number and full mailing address with all ad submissions in the footer of your message. This information does not have to be part of the ad you submit, but we would like to have the full contact information for each business placing ads on the site. After we have your contact information it is not necessary to resubmit each time.
Online FREE JOB LISTINGS ADS are subject to the following conditions:- Free job listings must be 40 words or less.
- Free job listings will run for TWO WEEKS and then must be resubmitted.
- Free job listings must be for "salaried/wage" positions and not solely commission, MLM or network marketing arrangements. MLM-type ads may be posted under the Business Opportunity page free of charge or on the jobs pages as paid ads.
- Companies carrying out business operations in the area of recruiting, headhunting and job placement, may place only TWO free job listings each two weeks. Please use the paid ad service below if you need more ads.
- Teacher/Student introduction businesses may place ONE general free ad on the Teacher/Student services offered page which will run for several years. We do not want to post "free" ads for every student that such agency may have. Please use the paid ad service below to post ads on the teaching jobs offered page.
- Free ads must be submitted by e-mail with no attachments to ads<at>jobsinjapan.com or by fax at 03-5255-3160, however e-mailed ads will generally appear faster.
- Paid ads will appear in bold and circulate at the top of the pages ahead of the free ads.
- Job listing prices for TWO WEEKS are Y5,000 per 50-word listing +100 yen for each additional word.
- All ads more than 50 words must be paid ads at the rate of Y100 per word, e.g., if 50 words free, 55 words Y5,500, 100 words, Y10,000, etc.
- Bulk discounts are available for prepaid text ads as follows:
- @Y5,000 x 1 = Y5,000
@Y4,750 x 5 = Y23,750
@Y4,500 x 10 = Y45,000
@Y4,250 x 15 = Y63,750
@Y4,000 x 25 = Y100,000
@Y3,750 x 50 = Y187,500
@Y3,500 x 100 = Y350,000
- Special Premium Paid Job Listings will appear fixed in the No. 1, No. 2, No.3, No. 4, No. 5 ad slots and not rotate down the list.

(Prices are based on 50 ad lengths up to words, and will be prorated for ads longer than 50 words.) - Ads will appear for 2 weeks
- If no one has purchased the position above your number then you will receive a high position at no extra cost. Locking in a specific number guarantees that you will not go lower than that position but could appear higher depending on what positions have been taken.
- You will be able to tell which positions are available as brackets with a number inside after the ad will indicate which position has been purchased, for example [2] would indicate that the second position has been purchased.
